It’s that time of the year again when bloggers alike put together their Christmas gift guides and this year I’ve decided to do a Christmas gift guide for her. This is a range of beauty, fashion, lifestyle, you name it, gifts that relate to her and which she would enjoy. Of course, feel free to use this as inspiration when shopping for gifts or even to add to your own Christmas wishlist.

Dermalogica –  Thermafoliant Body Scrub* and Phyto Replenish Body Oil*

If you want to treat someone to a body gift that screams luxury then the Dermalogica Thermafoliant Body Scrub* or Phyto Replenish Body Oil* is the one to go for. Having never tried Dermalogica’s body range until recently, I was pleasantly surprised at how luxurious and good quality the products were on my skin.

Plus the packaging for both is seriously stunning!

The Thermafoliant* is perfect for exfoliating away dead skin cells especially over the winter months when our skin is on the drier side and we need something to remove the dead skin, but then something to replenish and renew it afterwards to leave the skin feeling smooth and hydrated.

Retails for £39.50

The Phyto Replenish Body Oil* is great to use after exfoliating to provide nourishment and moisture to the skin. Its lightweight formula absorbs into the skin quickly and instantly create a smoother feel and glowy look to the skin.

These both work brilliantly together to really take care of your skin throughout the winter months and maintain it coming through into spring and summer with that added luxurious feel.

Retails for £47.50

The Body Shop – Hand Cream‘s

My favourite hand cream’s of all time happen to be from The Body Shop. The formula is the best I’ve ever tried when it comes to hand creams. They’re lightweight but still provide a huge amount of moisture and leave your hands feeling non-greasy which is exactly what you want when applying hand cream. These do not leave any sticky residue behind.

These retail for £5.00 so whilst they’re not the cheapest, they’re also reasonably priced and very good value for the price that they are.

They have a range of different scents so there will be something there for everyone and would make a great stocking filler or small beauty gift. Everyone need’s a hand cream. They’re perfect for slipping into your handbag or keeping on your bedside table to keep your hands nourished.

PMD Beauty – Clean Cleansing Device*

One cleansing tool that I absolutely loved this year was the PMD Beauty Clean Cleansing Device. I tried a couple of cleansing devices this year but this one stood out to me a lot because of how easy and quick it is to use, but also how beneficial it felt on my skin.

This is the perfect gift for any skincare lover who wants to try out a cleansing device or someone who is completely new to skincare and wants to test out something completely new. They’re a great addition to anyone’s skincare routine and providing that deep cleanse to the skin from morning to night.

It’s super easy to clean which is very important as it means the silicone bristles stay fresh between uses. The PMD Beauty Clean Cleansing Device* also comes in a range of different settings from a lighter or deeper cleanse to settings for toning and firming the skin.

It also comes in a range of colours so there will be one there to suit whoever you’re buying for. I have the pink with rose gold and it’s so pretty. It’s also great for travelling so they can bring it with them no matter where they go.

Flat Lay Co Makeup Bag*

I was first introduced to this brand through my social media work through my business and therefore was lucky enough to receive one of their makeup bags to keep for myself, as well as other prints to photograph and I can honestly say they’re a complete game changer!

Unlike most makeup bags, The Flat Lay Co have invented a makeup bag that lies completely flat so you don’t have to waste time rummaging around for your favourite beauty products when getting ready. Instead, you can lay it flat and then pull on the drawstrings to close it once you’ve finished.

As I mentioned, they do a range of colours and prints so there is something there to suit everyone’s tastes. It also comes in normal size and mini size so they’re perfect for travelling when jetting off somewhere or for more everyday trips when you’re on the go.

Plus everyone need’s a makeup bag in their lives so it’s a great gift choice!

Beauty Subscription Service

There are so many great beauty subscription services out there and I always think a beauty subscription is a great gift idea. It takes away that pressure of having to buy something specific and instead gives them the option to enjoy receiving gifts all year round.

Just recently a bath and body brand I love has brought out their very own soapsubcription service*. Bubble T Cosmetics are offering their own soapscription service* which sees you receiving new bath and shower gels to enjoy every single month delivered straight to your door.

It works by receiving a free starter box which you could wrap up for them to open on Christmas day and then you can choose the fragrances you wish to receive so either you can pick them on behalf of them based on what you know they love or give them the option to do this at a later date.

Once they have received their first full-size box they can select when and where they want their subscription box delivered.

It costs £4.99 a month. You receive 2 boxes each month.

(affiliate link) Soap and Glory – A Beauty-Full House

It wouldn’t be a gift guide without a Soap and Glory gift set. I love the gift sets that Soap and Glory bring out each year. The one I have decided to include in this post is (affiliate link) A Beauty-Full House which includes six full-size makeup products from their famous super cat liner to their sexy mother pucker lip gloss.

At the moment of writing this blog post, it is only £15 instead of £25 which I think is such a good steal for the fact you get six full-size products that are worth nearly £60. So if you have any makeup lovers in your life, then checking out this gift set is a good idea. Or even someone who wants to experiment more with makeup and needs some more products to add to their collection.

Of course, this gift would be perfect for any Soap and Glory lover. Any of their gift sets are perfect. I always check them out when the gift sets go live on Boots because they always such good value for money and make great gifts.

Retails for £25. On Offer for £15. Worth £58.

Busy B – Planners and Diaries

You cannot go wrong with buying someone a planner or diary for the new year. They’re a great way to get organised and keep on track, so if you know someone who always needs a helping hand with this or who is into their stationery then this can be a great gift idea.

For the past year or so I’ve loved the planners and diaries you can get from Busy B. I worked with them in a previous post, but I also received one of their diaries for Christmas last year and it honestly changed the game for me in 2019.

I would definitely recommend checking out their planners and diaries when it comes to gifting someone either of these things for the festive season.

(affiliate link) Feather and Down – Pillow Spray

Everyone need’s a good nights sleep and anything that can help aid that is always a welcomed gift in my opinion. Pillow sprays have become increasingly popular over the years to help people to get to sleep with their calming and soothing effects on the environment.

I bought Matt the (affiliate link) Feather and Down pillow spray last Christmas and we absolutely both loved using it. I always get him to spray some on my pillow before bed as well his own. It just creates such a calm environment and really does help to relax you before you head off to sleep.

I’m a massive fan of the smell of this one as well. I usually don’t tend to like most pillow sprays as they’re heavily scented with lavender but even though this one does contain lavender it is so subtle but still soothing.

Retails for £7 in Boots.

Cosy Toes – Massage

On the subject of being relaxed, this next gift idea is a foot massager from Cosy Toes. I think any gift that helps you to relax and unwind is always a good shout in my personal opinion. Everyone needs that time to themselves to relax so gifts that do exactly that are a winner.

Not only does this massage your feet it also helps to keep them warm so is perfect for those cold winter nights that are fast approaching during the new year. You could also gift them a dressing gown or pyjamas so they can have the ultimate cosy night in.

Retails for £10 from Dunelm.

A range of reading materials

Even though our world is so full of digital technology, there is nothing better than picking up a physical copy of a book and spending a couple of hours losing yourself amongst the pages. Whether the person you’re buying for is into fiction, non-fiction or even both, books make such a good Christmas gift.

Book’s are another excuse for people to finally take some time out for themselves and relax after a busy day. I love coffee table books like The Little Book of Life Hacks, on the go read’s like Little Black Book For The Working Woman, more motivational reads like You’re A Badass or even just fiction books that give me the option to escape into the pages of another world within a story.

There is a book or two out there for everyone so have fun when choosing the perfect book to gift!

A Christmas Gift Guide For Her

A new perfume

I always think perfume makes such a luxurious but personal gift to give someone. If you know someone’s favourite scents or a scent just describes someone who you’re buying for accurately then gifting a fragrance is a thoughtful yet a fairly easy gift to go for.

Some of my favourite fragrances that I always recommend to people are (affiliate link) Alien by Theirry Mugler, (affiliate link) Lady Million by Paco Rabanne, Wonder Rose by Zara or any of the perfumes from (affiliate link) Marc Jacob’s Daisy range.

Other gifts I always think are a good shout when it comes to present buying include…

  • A mug of some kind – Sainsbury’s always does some amazing ones for affordable prices!
  • Slippers – keep those feet extra warm and cosy
  • Pyjamas – again all for keeping cosy and snuggly during the winter-time
  • A candle or diffuser – adding to that warm and homely feel
  • Jewellery – whether it’s a new pair of earrings, a ring or necklace, jewellery can be a great thoughtful gift
